What this case shows

For workwear the key is compliance and durability. Reflective spec must follow the client standard; abrasion and wash resistance are hard metrics — sample to verify before bulk to avoid failed acceptance and rework.

What we can do for similar orders

  • Reflective + screen combo: marking and numbering in one pass
  • Sample to standard: verify reflectivity and wash per the client standard
  • One garment one number: variable printing for numbers, roles, names

Crystal Labels (UV DTF)

A crystal label is a UV transfer sticker: UV ink is printed onto a release film, laminated with a transfer film, then pressed onto the part and the carrier peeled away. No mold and no plate, so a single piece is viable, and layered white ink gives a raised, glass-like gloss. It handles what screens and pads cannot — curved surfaces, odd shapes, tiny runs and many designs at once.
