Process overview
A crystal label is a UV transfer sticker: UV ink is printed onto a release film, laminated with a transfer film, then pressed onto the part and the carrier peeled away. No mold and no plate, so a single piece is viable, and layered white ink gives a raised, glass-like gloss. It handles what screens and pads cannot — curved surfaces, odd shapes, tiny runs and many designs at once.
