Production Lines
Production lines
We do not pass work to middlemen: prepress, printing and finishing all happen in our own shop, so we control lead time and own the color and defect responsibility.
Screen prepress & screen line
30-yr rootIn-house prepress with screens made to your artwork; screen printing covers apparel fabric, canvas totes, non-woven, cartons, glass, metal and acrylic — the workhorse for bulk few/multi-color same-design orders.
View process →DTF white-ink transfer line
Added 2019Print—powder—cure—transfer all in-house; no limit on fabric or base color. The main process for dark and polyester orders, supporting small runs and full-print segmented transfer.
View process →DTG direct-to-garment line
Added 2025Glue-free printing on light cotton, best for detail and gradients; no plate, from 1 pc — for streetwear and designer original orders.
View process →Reflective marking line
Mostly industrial clientsReflective material combined with screen/transfer, sampled to the client standard to verify night visibility and wash durability; serving workwear and protective-equipment makers.
View process →Specialty & UV line
Accents & irregular partsFoil (gold/silver), crystal labels (UV transfer stickers) and UV printing, for caps, helmets, bags, acrylic and metal small parts needing 3D texture.
View process →Quality Control
How quality is assured
Three-stage control: sample sign-off → bulk → finished-goods QC. Each stage has a verifiable deliverable, not a verbal promise.
Sample sign-off
Sample first by fabric, artwork and process; bulk only after the client confirms hand-feel, color and position. For screen and metal, sign off the first piece for registration and adhesion.
Bulk production
Same ink, same screens and same parameters within a batch to avoid drift; screen colors registered on crosshairs, with in-process spot checks.
Finished-goods QC
Check color, peeling, position and quantity against the sealed sample; pack and ship after passing, with batch delivery for large orders.
What we actually check
| Item | How judged | Process |
|---|---|---|
| Color drift | Against the client-approved sealed sample, same ink and screens within a batch; reorders reuse the same color baseline. | All processes |
| Adhesion | Tape-pull test on metal, glass and acrylic, with bake-curing before retest when needed. | Screen, UV, crystal label |
| Wash durability | Wash test on apparel per client requirement, checking blistering, cracking and fading. | DTG, DTF, screen, reflective |
| Position & size | Execute to the marked position and tolerance; first piece confirmed before bulk. | All processes |
| Quantity & loss | Count against the order; for supplied material, loss and responsibility agreed in the contract. | Supplied-material orders |

Things you can verify
The fear with factory selection is "photos are a plant, the order goes to a broker" — these can all be checked
- Visit production: store at No. 110, Building 1, Zone A2, Aolong International Logistics City, Lanshan District, Linyi, Shandong, China; view samples and walk the shop floor to see equipment running. Search "立博丝印数码印花" (the Chinese POI name) in local maps.
- License verifiable: full name "Linyi Libo Printing Technology Co., Ltd." (Chinese legal name 临沂立博智印科技有限公司) — check the National Enterprise Credit system; the site footer shows ICP 鲁ICP备2026057837号.
- Cases map to processes: each case page lists category, process and order highlights — bring a comparable sample to compare.
- Sample before bulk: for any process, sample first; if the sample is wrong you can skip bulk — the most direct way to judge a factory.
Delivery
How lead time works, urgent orders
Lead time is not a vague "ASAP". Sampling, production and shipping times are below — compare directly when negotiating.
Standard lead time
Digital 3–7 d / Screen 5–10 d
Counted from sample sign-off, floating with artwork complexity and quantity; excludes sampling.
Sampling
Digital 1–3 d / Screen 2–4 d
Free sampling for standard digital patterns; screen involves plates charged by complexity, deductible at bulk.
Urgent orders
Confirm by phone within 3 d
Answered against the current schedule. If we can, we take it clearly; if not, we say so — no false promises then delays.
Peak season
Order 2–3 weeks ahead
Back-to-school, year-end and pre-Double-11 seasons are tight; earlier orders lock slots.
Shipping
From Linyi, courier / freight
Dropshipping straight to end customers; no factory promo material inside the parcel.
Batch delivery
Split large orders
Ship finished batches first to ease cash and storage pressure, reconciled by batch.
Assurance
After-sales & assurance
Printing has inherent uncertainty. A professional factory does not dodge it — it writes the standards and boundaries clearly so you order with confidence.
| Item | How handled |
|---|---|
| Color drift | The client-approved sealed sample is the baseline; same ink and screens within a batch. Inherent industry deviation is explained at sampling — we do not promise "100% match to screen". |
| Rework & reprint | Defects confirmed as our responsibility (peeling, misprint, missed print) are reworked or reprinted free; the responsibility boundary for supplied material is written in the contract. |
| Supplied-material duty | Quantity, loss and acceptance for supplied material are agreed in the contract; the processing stage is responsible only for its own stage, avoiding disputes. |
| Complaints | Photograph the issue at once; reach us on WeChat 15153909200 or email liboprint@163.com. The factory responds within 1 hour with a handling plan. |
FAQ on capacity & cooperation
What buyers care about most: capacity and ways to work
How much can you produce per day?
Capacity depends on process and artwork: the screen bulk line is high-volume, suited to hundreds to thousands of pieces; DTG/DTF are digital lines scheduled by print area and piece count. Tell us quantity and deadline directly and we reply against the current schedule.
Will peak season be fully booked?
Back-to-school, year-end and pre-Double-11 are tight. Order 2–3 weeks ahead; urgent orders can be discussed by phone for a slot insertion, subject to line status.
Do you accept supplied material?
Yes. Garments, tote bags, cartons and metal parts can all be client-supplied; we charge only plate and print fee — the lowest-cost way to work.
How can a remote client confirm the factory is real?
Three ways: visit the plant (recommended); check the full company name on the National Enterprise Credit system; or place a small sampling order and walk through the whole process — more convincing than marketing.
