01What is the minimum order quantity?
DTG and DTF print from 1 pc (a single piece for dropshipping is fine); screen printing needs a plate, so 50+ pcs is more economical. Call to confirm quantity vs process.
02Do you charge for sampling?
Free sampling for standard DTG/DTF patterns; screen sampling involves a plate cost by complexity, deductible on bulk. Actual rules per our business communication.
03What is the lead time?
Sampling 1–3 days; bulk 3–10 days by quantity. Peak season or urgent orders can be discussed by phone for scheduling.
04Do you support remote clients and dropshipping?
Yes. Send artwork online → confirm process and sample → sign off sample → produce → ship from Linyi nationwide or straight to your end customer. From 1 pc, no need to visit.
05Not sure which process to choose?
Just tell us fabric, quantity, artwork and use case — we recommend a cost-effective process and sample to compare. Light cotton for hand-feel → DTG; dark or special fabric → DTF; bulk → screen printing.
06How do you control color and quality on bulk?
Three-stage control: sample sign-off → bulk → finished-goods QC, delivered against the sealed sample to control drift, peeling and defects.
