Process overview
Heat and pressure transfer a metallic foil onto the substrate for genuine metal gloss and crisp raised lettering — not an ink that imitates gold. Used for brand marks, gift boxes, notebook covers, webbing and small accents, and pairs with DTG, DTF or screen printing. Foil is matched to the substrate: stretch foil for fabric, standard foil for paper and PU.
