What this case shows

For streetwear the key is artwork fidelity and hand-feel. Digital is plate-free and works for small runs — sample first to confirm gradient transitions, fine-line detail and post-wash hand-feel, then produce by style in batches. Ideal for testing designs and fast replenishment.

What we can do for similar orders

  • DTG: plate-free, from 1 pc, great for gradients and photo-real
  • DTF: better on dark and special fabrics
  • Full print & seam alignment: segmented transfer controls continuity at seams

Process used in this case

DTF (Direct to Film)

DTF prints onto PET film, then heat-presses onto the garment. No limit on fabric or base color; vivid, durable, works on cotton, polyester, blends, denim. The main process for dark garments and polyester.
